Hilton has four planets in fixed signs that were being tested by the planet of karma and comeuppance. The judge, acting as the Saturn disciplinarian, sentenced her to 45 days in jail, of which she served 23 days. The 21-year-old actress had checked herself into a rehab program in January, but in May, she was in an accident while driving under the influence. Then last month, Lohan spent a day in jail after pleading no contest to charges of cocaine use and - once again - driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to three years probation and 10 days of community service. She also must spend at least 30 days in a drug rehabilitation program and complete an 18-month alcohol education program. </p> <p></p> <p>Although Lohan is a Cancer, she shares Hilton's fixed-sign emphasis, having Mercury and Venus in Leo, Moon in Taurus and Pluto in Scorpio, all being chastised by Saturn. However, it's Neptune, which rules mind-altering substances, that is at the core of her problems. Her Sun is afflicted by natal Neptune, heightening her need to escape through drugs and alcohol. To make matters worse, transiting Neptune is doing battle with her Venus and Moon, making it doubly hard to give up the emotional crutch of substance abuse.
