Dear W.C.,
I've been with my boyfriend for a year and five months. Why do I feel like I hate him with all my heart no matter how much I tell him that I need more romance and respect? And why does he never have any money for the rent when it is the only bill really pays? He blows me off and acts like I am suppose to be his mother. AND MAYBE ONCE IN A BLUE MOON HE WILL PUT AN EFFORT INTO THIS RELATIONSHIP, but I'm so insecure about everything around him. He was born Feb 13, 1965 so is 42 years old. I want out of this relationship all the time.

Why do you feel like you hate him with all your heart? Because you're an evil little Scorpio! Of course, I'm kidding, Jamie (I think!). But the fact is that you Scorpios do feel things very intensely and do tend to hold a grudge. It's never easy for you to forgive or forget. So the real question is, what are you still doing in this relationship? You yourself said that you want out of this relationship all the time. Besides, Scorpios and Aquarians rarely make for a healthy mix. The answer seems obvious. Get out! But I know that sometimes you obsessive little Scorpios have a bit of a hard time letting go of things even when it's in your best interest. But like Virgo Kenny Rogers once said, "You gotta know when to hold 'em, and know when to fold 'em." And this looks like a hand you should have folded a long time ago, my little Scorpio friend!

I wanted to know if ever the water signs will have a happy phase. It seems that we are always in stress.

Well, I feel for you, my little Cancer friend! It's not that our water sign friends (Cancers, Scorpios, Pisces) suffer through any worse cycles than anyone else. The problem is that the water signs are far more sensitive than all the other signs and tend to be aware of their own pain and suffering more acutely than anyone else. Fire signs (Aries, Leo Sagittarius) tend to get mad rather than sad. Air signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius) are too easily distracted to stay in a funk for long. And earth signs tend to be too pragmatic to ever let their emotions get in the way of anything. With water signs though, even if anyone around them is suffering, they'll feel their pain too. For that matter, if anyone in the world is having a hard time, it ruins a water sign's day! So, as a water sign, you just have to learn how to keep your chin up and realize things are often not as bad as they seem. There usually is a light at the end of the tunnel, if you're just willing to see it!
