You are about to walk down a path of devastation, so choose your next steps wisely. Your feelings for your co-worker will eventually become a marriage-ending excuse, if you aren't careful. I almost want to tell you to just sleep with him a couple of times and get it out of the way, so you can go on with your life. Almost.
You have the ability to control how things play out. Right now, you are so caught up in the emotional connection and excitement of it all that you aren't thinking straight. I feel for you, but I have to tell you that you need to pull your head out of the clouds - you have no future with the Scorpio.
Every way that I look at the relationship between you and the Scorpio, it comes to a pretty negative ending on the romantic plane. The price for exploring the feelings you have for him will cost you your marriage, family, negatively impact your career and destroy your self-esteem.
All of this seems to be a steep and traumatic price to pay for a relationship that will go nowhere. Pick a fight with him, avoid him, do whatever you need to do in order to get him out of your system. Or, be prepared that life as you know it is going to change, and not necessarily for the better.
Save yourself some agony. Sometimes a little self-inflicted pain of sacrifice and restraint is a small thing, even when it feels huge. Your life will not end without the Scorpio, but with him - well, you may wish that it had.
