Very few people have the idealistic combination of having a job that they love, and making the money they desire. One aspect usually gets traded for the other. You, however, are in a fairly good position to have both. While it will take some time and effort, you can find a position that is rewarding that pays just a hair more than you are making now. What I can't help you with is the timing. I can tell you that you will find this opportunity two months from when you start seriously looking, but I have no clue when you will choose to put forth that effort. That, my friend, is entirely up to you.
Of course, you can always wait things out with your current position. Your job may be boring, but it does present as stable. Your goal of becoming a stay-at-home mom is entirely achievable in your timeframe. I believe you'll have the opportunity to make this decision in about four years. However, I see that you will take on a part-time job because you want to, not because you have to. It seems as though the busier you are, the happier you are. And, you do like being able to make some "fun money" and get out of the house for a few hours each week.
From where I sit, your life is looking pretty good. While things may seem a bit stagnant around you now, it does appear that everything is on track to lead you to contentment.
